EdNest Terms of Service

1. Introduction

EdNest provides digital educational content, online courses, and subscription‑based learning resources for families and tutors. By accessing or using EdNest, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Content

All EdNest products are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted through your user account while your subscription remains active.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Accounts must not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple households or tutors unless your subscription tier explicitly allows it.

4. Subscription Access

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Access to digital content is available only while your subscription is active and paid.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. EdNest does not store card details. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring payments according to your selected plan.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days only if no digital content has been accessed. Once content has been accessed, downloaded, or used, refunds are no longer available. Renewal payments are non‑refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All EdNest content, including videos, worksheets, OG materials, and digital resources, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• share login details
• redistribute EdNest materials
• attempt to bypass access controls
• use EdNest content for commercial purposes without a tutor licence


9. Service Availability

EdNest may experience occasional interruptions due to maintenance or third‑party services. We are not liable for downtime outside our control.
